We offer three primary products and a number of support services.
Education
Many businesses don't have a marketing strategist on staff. They may have marketing tacticians on board, but lack the C-level marketing expertise necessary to develop marketing concepts and plans that drive the business to new heights. Or the company may hand over the marketing responsibility to a sales manager, administrator or other executive who simply does not have the necessary training or background. In these situations we offer a brief but intense series of workshops that teach the fundamentals of strategic marketing and prepare the team for the marketing planning process.
Developing The Marketing Plan
We facilitate a strategic marketing planning process that culminates in your marketing team developing a time-bound, budgeted and action-oriented plan for marketing success. The process includes addressing mission, vision, values, positioning, branding and more. The resultant plan is a brief, easily understood “roadmap” that can guide you to achieving your goals.
Coaching
With a plan in place and your team empowered by their knowledge of marketing fundamentals, our role shifts to that of an advisor/counselor. In this coaching role, we will review progress on a monthly basis, helping you keep on top of action items, troubleshooting, and prodding when necessary to keep you on track.
